- Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized or custom-made items, hygiene products, digital goods, gift cards, and final sale or clearance items, are not eligible for return.

- To To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@gloxmarket.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Once you have received your RAN, carefully package the item and include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 14 days .
- Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@gloxmarket.com
- Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
